Job Description:
- Paint Team Manager
- Monitor paint process and quality
- Painting standards, instructions for painting workers according to the process
- Closely monitor workers during work to ensure they are performing according to established procedures.
- Propose amendments to relevant documents that are not suitable for actual construction conditions
- Proposed fuel consumption standards during use
- Propose to purchase some related equipment to perform the job
- Closely follow the progress of planning to mobilize human resources and equipment if necessary.
- After completing the work, conduct an inspection.
- Control equipment to minimize damage and hand it over to the warehouse keeper when the job is completed.
- Make a list of equipment status during production and report to the team leader daily.
- Report daily construction progress to team leader and deputy team leader, under the management of the team leader.
- Technical guidance to workers during the performance of work
- In conjunction with the customer, the subcontractor accepts each step of the completed work.
- Collect all acceptance records, create document transfer slips for other departments to make final payment (if any)
Request:
- Graduated from University or College or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience as QA/QC/Painting Inspector, especially in Oil and Gas industry.
- Minimum NACE CIP level 2 certification or Frosio Coating Inspector Level 3 certification
- Foreign language: Good English communication, reading and understanding technical documents in English, writing reports, quality control in English.
- Proficient in office software.
