Job description:
- Deploy work according to plan, manage and propose labor;
- Carry out management of investment projects in construction of industrial and civil construction items of the investor.
- Prepare and check the construction settlement records of the units. Check the acceptance records, collect and prepare the construction investment capital settlement records.
- Monitor, manage, and organize the implementation of legal, technical, and economic documents of construction projects.
- Check, urge and guide consulting and construction units to complete assigned work.
Job requirements:
- Age: <45 years old.
- Graduated from University majoring in Construction Engineering, has a certificate of training in construction supervision, construction site manager, construction supervision practice certificate and has held the position of manager.
- Good expertise in planning and implementation, controlling progress and costs.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English, equivalent to Toeic 400 or higher, proficient in office software and other technical software.
- Experience: at least 03 years of experience in construction project management (Can work under high pressure environment).
