Pursuant to Resolution No. 81/NQ-DU dated September 5, 2024 of the Party Committee and Resolution No. 114/NQ-HDB dated September 12, 2024 of the Board of Directors of the Oil and Gas Construction Maintenance and Repair Corporation, on September 17, 2024, the General Director of the Corporation announced the Decision to appoint leadership and management positions at the department level of PVMR. The ceremony was solemnly held with the participation of the Board of Directors and managers of departments.
At the ceremony, Mr. Luong Xuan Hoang, Head of the General Department, read the announcement of the decision to appoint leaders and managers of PVMR. Accordingly, 20 officers were appointed and assigned to work in departments according to the new organizational structure of PVMR, including the following departments: Office (VP), General Department (TH), Finance and Accounting Department (TCKT), Technical and Technology Department (KTCN), Trade Department (TM), Ship and Port Inspection Department (TKKT-C), Technology Application and Transfer Center (R&D Center).
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Van Sy - General Director of PVMR clearly stated the purpose of restructuring the entire operating apparatus at PVMR to meet the production and business situation of the Corporation in the new period. Improve the scientific and technical content in the Corporation's products and services, in accordance with the needs of customers and the orientation of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group. This is also an opportunity for PVMR to create new motivation, renew the old motivation in the spirit of one team, one goal. He believes that with the new structure, especially the staff that has been carefully selected by the Corporation's Leadership Team in terms of both qualifications and ethics, they are capable of shouldering the responsibility to affirm the PVMR brand in the current vibrant maintenance and repair market. On this occasion, the General Director congratulated the newly appointed officers and believed that with their capacity and experience, they will continue to contribute to the sustainable development of PVMR. He also expressed his hope that the new leaders will closely coordinate with the departments as well as further promote their professional capacity and experience to fulfill their roles well in the strategic goals of the Corporation. He hoped that all departments would uphold the spirit of solidarity, especially the leaders of the departments must be shining examples to motivate all employees to follow.
The announcement ceremony is not only an important milestone in the career of the staff but also a step forward in strengthening the leadership team of the Corporation, towards the sustainable development of PVMR. The ceremony ended with high trust and determination from all staff, promising a new development stage for PVMR.
