Overcoming a year of 2024 with many difficulties, challenges of the market and fierce competition in the real estate industry, PMS has achieved and exceeded many important goals in production and business. In the context of the real estate industry still facing many challenges, PMS has thoroughly grasped and implemented many strategic solutions to bring the unit to achieve positive results, higher than the set targets.
Over the past time, PMS has synchronously deployed many flexible solutions, contributing to helping the unit achieve and exceed many important targets in production and business activities.
The company closely follows potential customers to exploit and provide BDSC, manufacturing and installation services; focusing on service development outside the area of Quang Ngai, in many other provinces and cities. PMS also strengthens the promotion of the unit's capacity and services to customers.
Above all, the unit focuses on investing in specialized equipment and machinery to serve the BDSC work at appropriate locations to ensure the effectiveness of the investment. In particular, PMS also actively focuses on developing the "PMS Maintenance and Repair Service Area" in Dung Quat, investing in additional "PMS Maintenance and Repair Service Area" to increase the scale and enhance the competitiveness in the Company's production and business.
With effective implementation of solutions, PMS has recorded many positive results in 2024. Of which, total revenue and other income reached VND 274.28 billion (exceeding 25% compared to the 2024 plan, 9% higher than the same period in 2023). PMS's after-tax profit also recorded sales of more than VND 6.8 billion (exceeding 17% compared to the plan and increasing 6% compared to 2023). With all production and business targets exceeding the set plan, in 2024, PMS has made a positive contribution to the state budget payment target.
BDSC service - BDSC support plays an important role and helps PMS stabilize production and business activities and develop sustainably.
PMS's results come from many service segments such as goods and material supply; BDSC and BDSC support; human resource supply; construction, processing and manufacturing; equipment supply and installation... In which, the 3 main service segments that bring outstanding revenue to PMS are BDSC and BDSC support services (over 163.7 billion VND); construction, processing and manufacturing services (over 48.8 billion VND); goods and material supply services (over 25.5 billion VND).
In addition to the results of production and business activities, PMS also has remarkable changes in the work of perfecting human resource organization and training human resources. Last year, PMS improved the positions in the management apparatus to suit the Company's operations. At the same time, PMS focused on training and developing human resources by continuously improving professional skills and expertise such as: Quality Management and Supervision training course, updating new tax policies in 2024, renewing NACE 2 certificate, re-issuing ATBX certificate for radiation workers...
Seize opportunities, sustainable development
Amidst the wave of global energy transition and commitment to sustainable development, the oil and gas industry is entering a new phase and the BDSC industry is no exception. As the world moves towards the goal of “net-zero” and countries simultaneously promote carbon emission reduction strategies, refineries and traditional energy infrastructure systems are forced to transform, both maintaining efficient operations and adapting to increasingly stringent environmental standards. In this context, maintenance and BDSC services are not simply technical activities, but are becoming strategic factors helping the oil and gas industry transform towards a green and sustainable direction.
PMS participated in the maintenance of Dung Quat Oil Refinery during the 5th overall maintenance of the Plant.
With PMS, the unit currently has many advantages in development with a favorable geographical location, located near large projects such as Dung Quat Oil Refinery, Hoa Phat, Doosan... in accessing and implementing services. The unit has also affirmed its capacity and expertise by undertaking many important projects and works at large projects such as Nghi Son Refinery, Dung Quat Refinery, Doosan, GE... At the same time, expanding and signing contracts with new units and customers such as Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power Plant, Vung Ang... to create a premise in accessing and implementing new services.
In addition to many advantages, PMS still faces many difficulties and challenges in developing in the new period. PMS's capital, facilities and infrastructure resources are still limited and not yet synchronized. The unit always has to flexibly deploy solutions to ensure production and business activities in the face of fierce competition from units in the same industry. To continue developing in the new period, PMS also strengthens the "motivation" with solutions on corporate governance.
In the coming time, PMS will continue to invest in key service areas and applications, scientific and technological research to participate in large-scale projects.
Over the past year, PMS has accelerated the application of digitalization in management, focusing on project management and equipment management. At the same time, it has reviewed current processes to update and adjust them to ensure that employees can perform the fastest, most effective, correct and complete procedures, in accordance with current regulations. At the same time, it has strengthened the search and signing of cooperation agreements with potential partners in the field of BDSC as well as domestic and foreign equipment and tool suppliers to reduce costs and input prices in order to increase the competitiveness of services provided to customers.
