On November 28, 2024, Petroleum Maintenance and Repair Joint Stock Company (PMS) held the 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, electing additional members of the Board of Directors and members of the Board of Supervisors.
Overview of the Congress
The meeting was attended by full representatives of shareholders of PMS Company including PVMR, BSR, HIAP SENG, CFTD, JGC.
Presidium: Ms. Do Thi Bich Hong - Deputy General Director of PVMR - Chairman of the Board of Directors of PMS Company, Mr. Do Manh Hung - Director of PMS Company
The Congress unanimously approved the contents of the dismissal of members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board and the election of additional members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board of PMS Company. Specifically as follows:
- The Congress unanimously approved the dismissal of the following personnel who have ceased to be non-professional members of the Board of Directors at PMS Company:
- Mr. Pham Quyen
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son
- The Congress unanimously approved the dismissal of the following personnel from the Board of Supervisors at PMS Company:
- Mr. Truong Huy Tien
- Ms. Luong Thi Lan Phuong
- The Congress approved the election of additional personnel to join the Board of Directors, including:
- Mr. Pham Minh Nghia
- Mr. Luong Xuan Hoang
- Mr. Truong Huy Tien
- The Congress approved the election of additional personnel to join the Board of Supervisors, including:
- Ms. Vu Thi Thu Hien
- Mrs. Bui Thi Tuyet Hoa

Mr. Nguyen Trung Tri - Chairman of PVMR Board of Directors, Ms. Do Thi Bich Hong - Deputy General Director of PVMR - Chairman of PMS Board of Directors, Mr. Do Manh Hung - Director of PMS presented flowers to congratulate the new members of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors.
Speaking at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of PMS Company, Comrade Nguyen Trung Tri - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVMR Corporation congratulated and highly appreciated the role of the new members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors of PMS Company. He believed that with the position and experience of the newly elected members, they would support the Executive Board of PMS Company in production and business activities as well as building the development orientation of PMS Company in the coming time.
