PMS Company organizes Labor Dialogue Program in 2024

In order to implement the grassroots democracy regulations as well as comply with the Labor Law and the Collective Labor Agreement of PMS Company. On December 3, 2024, PMS Company organized the 2024 Labor Dialogue Program.

Overview of the dialogue

Attending the dialogue were Mr. Do Manh Hung - Party cell secretary, Company director (Employer representative), Mr. Phan Dinh Hau - Trade Union Chairman, and more than 40 employees representing nearly 300 employees of PMS Company.

Mr. Do Manh Hung - Party Cell Secretary, Company Director and Mr. Phan Dinh Hau - Trade Union Chairman answered the workers' recommendations and proposals.

At the dialogue, workers (especially workers at the construction site) also sincerely and frankly raised issues related to salary regime, working conditions... as well as shared and contributed opinions on other issues related to the production and business activities of PMS Company.

Delegates participating in the Dialogue Program

Most of the opinions raised by the employees were acknowledged by Mr. Do Manh Hung - Director of the company, who explained the questions, answered and directed to thoroughly resolve them right at the dialogue session. The resolution was specifically assigned by the Director of the company and implemented in accordance with the Labor Law and the company's rules and regulations to ensure the rights of employees. At the dialogue session, the Director of PMS Company also expressed his thanks for the tireless efforts of PMS employees over the past year so that PMS Company could exceed the assigned 2024 construction and development plans.

In addition, at the Dialogue Program, the second round of awards were also held for individuals and groups that won prizes in the recent Safety emulation movement in TA 5 at Dung Quat Oil Refinery.
