On March 20, the Party Cell of Petroleum Maintenance and Repair Joint Stock Company (PMS), under the Party Committee of Petroleum Maintenance and Repair Corporation (PVMR), held the 6th Congress for the 2025-2027 term.
Also attending the Congress were comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Hien - Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy General Director of PVMR; comrade Do Thi Bich Hong - Member of the Party Committee Inspection Committee, Deputy General Director of PVMR, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PMS; comrade Do Manh Hung - Party Cell Secretary, Director of PMS; and delegates representing the Trade Union, PMS Youth Union and representatives of Party cells under the PVMR Party Committee.
Overview of the PMS Party Congress for the 2025-2027 term.
The report at the Congress showed that in the 2022-2025 term, the PMS Party Cell has completed and exceeded many production and business targets according to the Congress Resolution. In particular, in the 2022-2024 period, the Party Cell exceeded the plan in terms of total revenue and profit. In addition, 1001 TP3T Party members of the Party Cell have successfully completed and excellently completed tasks according to the annual targets; contributing to helping the PMS Party Cell achieve the title of Party Cell with Excellent Tasks for 3 consecutive years.
Regarding Party building work, 24 people attended the class to learn about the Party, thereby admitting 4 new Party members and currently submitting for consideration to admit 8 outstanding people into the Party. In addition, mass organizations have also coordinated synchronously and effectively in many aspects of the unit's work during the past term. The PMS Party Cell Executive Committee has well and promptly carried out the work of motivating and rewarding Party members; well performed the work of inspection and supervision; strengthened education, combating bureaucracy, corruption, waste and other negative aspects for Party members.

Regarding mass mobilization work and leadership of political and social organizations, during the past term, the PMS Party Cell has regularly directed the activities of the Trade Union and Youth Union to promote the spirit of solidarity, sharing, and mutual love. Thereby, building a culture of living responsibly towards the Company, colleagues and the whole society. At the same time, the PMS Party Cell has also fully and effectively participated in competitions organized by the higher-level trade unions and the obligations set forth by all levels.
During the 2025-2027 term, the PMS Party Cell sets a general goal of completing 100% targets and plans in production and business; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization in the management and implementation of contracts for the provision of maintenance and repair services; consolidating the organization and operation of the Party Cell, improving the quality of Party members. In addition, a number of specific goals set by the PMS Party Cell are: The Party Cell successfully completes its annual tasks or more; achieving 100% of Party members successfully completing their annual tasks; admitting at least 6 Party members; providing maintenance and repair services to factories inside and outside Petrovietnam, meeting requirements on quality, technical standards and progress; promoting emulation movements for good workers, practicing thrift, preventing corruption and waste; improving the material and spiritual life of workers.
At the Congress, the PMS Party Cell also pointed out the limitations and advantages of the past term to continue to draw lessons, ensuring the successful implementation of the Congress Resolution in the 2025-2027 term. The Party Cell also received many comments from the delegates attending the meeting on the goals and tasks in the new term.
Comrade Nguyen Trung Tri - Party Secretary, Chairman of PVMR Board of Directors requested the PMS Party Cell to continue promoting the Party's leadership role, being the nucleus of solidarity to direct and lead the Company to achieve breakthrough victories.
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Trung Tri acknowledged and praised the PMS Party Cell for successfully completing the political tasks set out in the past term. To continue to successfully carry out the political tasks in the coming period, PVMR leaders suggested that the PMS Party Cell focus on the following tasks: continuing to innovate, improving production and business efficiency, maintaining its position as a pioneering unit, making an important contribution to the sustainable development of PVMR; strengthening Party building work, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; promoting personnel work, focusing on developing high-quality human resources; effectively implementing Party development work; proactively innovating, actively applying technology, and improving labor productivity.
Entering the 2025-2027 term, facing new opportunities and challenges, comrade Nguyen Trung Tri suggested that the Party Cell Committee continue to promote the Party's leadership role, be the nucleus of solidarity, direct and lead PMS Company to achieve breakthrough victories, continue to affirm its role as the "leading bird", the shock front in the entire PVMR Party Committee.
