BSR and PMS held an EPC contract signing ceremony for the project to upgrade and expand the existing tanker loading station for DO oil and Jet-A1 fuel products.

On February 6, 2025, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) coordinated with the Contractor Consortium to organize the EPC contract signing ceremony for the project to upgrade and expand the existing tank truck loading station for DO oil products and Jet-A1 fuel of Dung Quat Refinery.

Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Bui Ngoc Duong - Chairman of BSR Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - General Director of BSR along with members of the Board of Directors, Board of General Directors, Board of Supervisors, Factory Board of Directors, leaders of specialized departments and members of the Project Implementation Team.

On behalf of the Oil and Gas Maintenance and Repair Corporation (PVMR), there were Mr. Nguyen Trung Tri - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Do Thi Bich Hong - Deputy General Director of PVMR, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PMS; Mr. Do Manh Hung - Director of Oil and Gas Maintenance and Repair Joint Stock Company (PMS - a member unit of PVMR).

Overview of the EPC contract signing ceremony for the project to upgrade and expand the existing tank truck loading station for DO and Jet-A1 products of Dung Quat Oil Refinery.

Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - General Director of BSR spoke at the signing ceremony.

Currently, the road product export area of Dung Quat Refinery (P3) has 4 pumping stations for tank trucks. After the upgrading and expansion project is implemented, the maximum road export capacity will increase from 4 tank trucks (existing) to 6 tank trucks at the same time. At the same time, it will help increase the output of DO and Jet-A1 products sold by road, contributing to meeting the increasing demand for receiving goods by road of customers.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - General Director of BSR shared that this project affirms BSR's commitment to continuously improve product export capacity, meeting the increasing demand of the market. The completion of the project also contributes to improving the capacity and volume of products exported by road to meet the increasing demand in the region. This project is also part of the breakthrough investment policy to create new driving forces, contributing to helping BSR achieve double-digit growth in the coming time.

The project to upgrade and expand the existing tank truck loading station for DO and Jet-A1 products at Dung Quat Oil Refinery has a total investment of more than 25.8 billion VND, implemented by a consortium of contractors including: PMS - Hoang Ha Production Construction Trading Company Limited - Phu Nghia Construction and Trading Company Limited - Song Hong Construction Consulting and Technology Transfer Joint Stock Company.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Do Manh Hung - PMS Director, the representative of the contractor consortium said that the contractor consortium is committed to strictly complying with regulations on security, safety, fire prevention and environmental safety to complete the project on schedule.
