After completing the construction and installation of a manual steel shot blasting workshop system and automatic ball recovery with dimensions of 14x8x6m with 4 nozzles and modern equipment, the capacity of spraying to clean the surface of 4 consecutive nozzles is completed. continuously 120 m²/hour/ton of steel and ball recovery equipment with a minimum capacity of 1000kg of steel particles/hour. The company has operated and produced the first products to serve the surface cleaning and underground pipe painting project for Hoa Phat and also cleaned and painted the entire structure for the welding workshop system 3. in 1 of the Company.
Company PMS is urgently completing the final stages of the construction of a new 3-in-1 welding workshop with an area of 500 m², with a 5-ton double-girder bridge crane, a 3-in-1 beam welding, fixing and straightening system, and a supply system. , automatic welding suction, vertical clamping mechanism by hydraulic cylinder with welding speed of 2000mm/min. The expected time for completion and putting into use for the Company's production and business is mid-December 2018.
