Attending the program, on the side of PetroVietnam Maintenance and Repair Corporation (PVMR - Parent Company) were Mr. Nguyen Trung Tri - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Van Sy - General Director; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hien - President of the Trade Union; together with representatives of the Corporation's functional departments. Attending the Celebration, there were also former PMS leaders through the ages.

PMS was born on June 29, 2009 with the first name PMC, then renamed PVMC and currently PMS. PMS is contributed capital from reputable shareholders with high expertise in the field of maintenance and repair of Oil and Gas projects, Oil and Gas processing in Vietnam and Asia such as Construction Maintenance and Repair Corporation. Petroleum (PVMR); Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR); Hiap Seng Singapore Company Limited; CFTD Technology Development Company Limited; JGC Vietnam Company Limited - Member of JGC Japan.
After 15 years of establishment and development, PMS has grown from a unit without a head office, with only 20 employees, to a unit with more than 300 high-quality employees, 200 seasonal employees and many offices. Representatives in many places throughout Vietnam. In addition, PMS has also invested in a large amount of modern equipment, machinery, and facilities to meet the requirements in the field of maintenance and repair. In 2010, when it was still "young", PMS revenue only reached 50 billion VND. Up to now, PMS's revenue has grown 5 times with a total revenue of 250 billion VND (2023). PMS has also achieved more than 10 million safe working hours, with no unfortunate labor accidents occurring.

Speaking at the 15th anniversary of the establishment of PMS, Mr. Nguyen Trung Tri - Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVMR Corporation recognized and praised PMS Company for achieving many remarkable achievements in recent times. However, there are many bigger and more challenging tasks awaiting PMS Company.
